Advance Digital Learning Centre (ADLC) is our proprietary digital reinforcement platform, designed to ensure behavioural change is sustained beyond the workshop. ADLC supports The CLEAR Learning Journey™ framework by embedding reflection, application, tracking, and accountability into the development process.

Learning does not end when the a workshop finishes, it is reinforced, measured, and applied in the real work environment

ADLC integrates three core components

2. Applied reflection and assignments. Practical tasks that translate learning into behavioural change.
