An exciting full-time position has opened up at Advance Consulting for a Client Services and Marketing Representative.
What You Will Do (Client Services + Marketing)
Client Services Role
- Work closely with the lead trainer to provide exceptional service for clients and staff going through learning journeys
- Provide regular reports, updates and document support to HR & Learning Managers
- Ensure a smooth transition between project key stages by walking clients through processes and offering support
- Translation of project learning materials and content
Marketing Role
- Assist with new marketing strategy ideas to enhance the company social media presence
- Organise face to face client promotion/networking events and online demo speaker seminars
- Create, design flyers and other marketing materials
- Assist in the creation & content development of our monthly newsletter
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree + ideally 1-2 years previous work experience
- Fluent Chinese and good English language ability (written and oral English)
- Proficient in MS Office (PPT & Excel)
- Social Media savvy (WeChat, Weibo, Linked-In)
- Passion to develop and grow with enthusiasm for learning
- Highly motivated to succeed in a small team with big ambitions
- Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines
