What are Micro-Tasks?
Each week for 24 weeks, we will send out a micro-task for trainees to complete. These action tasks relate to key issues
and points discussed on our programs and will help to;

-Reinforce, remind & retain key training points & content
-Apply leaning points back to the work environment
-Increase self-awareness

Example: Micro-Task 1
Title: Mentor Week
Task: Find one person in your company who you believe has very strong communication skills. This person could be your direct line manager, his/her boss or even a peer.

Ask him/her for one golden communication tip (best to ask for an example/story with this tip).
Share this tip and story with your colleagues on the program and throughout your company.

Does it cost anything extra?

How can we get Micro-Tasks? 
These are now standard to all our 1 and 2 day programs. Trainees will be sent micro-tasks by WeChat. Also a list of the first 12 weeks of tasks will be listed at the back of new 2017 training materials.
